Return Policy

At Mikrazi, we value your satisfaction and strive for transparency in our business practices. Therefore, we offer easy 7-days returns as an opportunity to demonstrate our honesty and improve our products and services based on your valuable feedback. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We assure you to reach out for a refund or exchange without hesitation.

1.Initiate Return- facilitate the return process, we have made it as convenient as placing an order. You can initiate a return request through calling/whatsapp us at +919887700976. Alternatively you can mail us on the orders@mikrazi.com. 

2. Pickup of Garment- Once you contact us, we will coordinate a suitable time for our shipping partner to pick up the original Mikrazi garment. Please note that for orders below Rs999, we do not offer a reverse pick-up service. (We kindly request you to self-ship the product to us using a courier service of your choice).

3. Post Pickup- To ensure a smooth process, please share the courier receipt along with your order number by emailing us at orders@Mikrazi.com.

Please Note- To ensure eligibility for a return, please ensure that the garment is unused and in good condition. Only the main product needs to be returned; additional items can be retained. Kindly note that the reverse shipping is chargeable to 150 for refunds. 

REFUND

It can take unto 7-9 days for the garments to reach us. Once we have received the items, following an inspection by our team. We will initiate a refund/ issue store credit for the same.

For Cash On Delivery (COD)

For cash on delivery items, you would need to provide us with a bank account number, IFSC Code and Banking name for the same. The process can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days. 

For Prepaid Orders

If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into the original source within 5 to 7 days.

Store Credits

Refunds can also be taken in case of Store Credits, which can be used it to buy other Mikrazi products. Store credits are issued with validity of 2 months and can be used on different occasions as per the validity. Reverse shipping charges are not charged in case of issuance of store credits.
