Shipping Policy

INDIA:
- Standard Shipping Charges Rs. 100/- applicable on all Orders below Rs. 1299/-.
- For Orders above Rs. 1299/-, Shipping is Free.

It usually takes 5-7 working days to dispatch an order. Shipping time for Domestic orders is 5-9 days whereas for International orders is 7-15 days.
In case it is Urgent to you, Kindly Contact us, we will process your order on priority.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

It's important to know that we might have to cancel certain orders. We have the right to say no or cancel an order for any reason we choose. Your order might be canceled if there are limits on how much we can sell, if there are mistakes in the product or price information, or if our credit and fraud team finds issues.
Sometimes, we might need more details or information before we can accept and fulfill your order to your satisfaction. We'll get in touch with you if we have to cancel any part of your order or if there is more details required regarding the fulfillment of your order.
If we cancel your order after charging your credit card, account, or UPI, we'll give your money back to the original source.
By buying from Mikrazi, you agree not to argue with our decision to cancel an order and to accept our choice.

Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation, Prepaid/ Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly Call / WhatsApp us on +91-9887700976 or write to us at orders@meerasplussizestore.com to request a cancellation.
In certain circumstances where customer wants to cancel a Prepaid Order, valid refunds will be processed to the original source.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mikrazi and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

Shipping in process takes 3-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
Delivery is traceable and 100% insured.
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of an order along with its location.

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
